Patch #4877 by Nils Wallménius. Adds Bubbles plugin to the manual (incl. X5), using the new button macros. Use this as a template if your'e unsure how they work.

8The goal of the game is to beat each level as quickly as possible by clearing
9the board of all bubbles. Bubbles are removed from the board when a cluster of
10three of more of the same type is formed. The game is over when any bubbles on
11the board extend below the bottom line. To make things more difficult, the
12entire board is shifted down every time a certain number of shots have been
13fired. Points are awarded depending on how quickly the level was completed.
