Themes need to specify backdrop, colours, icon sets and selector type bar if they differ from the new default cabbiev2. Add the necessary strings to WPSLIST so that all shipped themes include them in their cfg files to prevent black text on the dark cabbiev2 background. Define black on 'rockboxblue' for themes with colour screen versions but no colours defined before; set the selector type to 'bar (inverse)' for most of them and use the text only RWPS for Rockboxed - it would have used the cabbiev2.rwps before which would look on a H3x0 with remote due to a different font size and the graphics.
