PictureFlow: Minor fixes/refactoring
- get_albumart_for_index_from_db:
slide_index not allowed to be -1
- Fix visual glitch changing scroll direction:
An errant frame was displayed when switching
from one scroll direction immediately to the other
- Rename/combine functions and replace
magic numbers for zoom animation
- iPods: Fix inability to skip or reverse zoom animation
using Back button
